You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not review User Content and make no representations about its accuracy or legality. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Service includes AI-powered features that process your content to generate summaries, suggestions, and reports. These features are provided "as is" — AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it professionally or sharing it with others.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Zain Tahir and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Google AdSense. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services.
The Service may display advertisements on public-facing pages, served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are not shown to authenticated users inside the application workspace. We do not endorse any advertised products or services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING).

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zain Tahir is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
